How does an NFC business card work?

Tap your 1Card against a compatible NFC-enabled phone and the recipient's phone opens your digital profile — no app download required. On iPhone this works on iPhone XS, XR and newer; on older iPhones or phones without NFC, they scan the printed QR code instead. See how the tap works

What can I share with my NFC card?

You can share your contact information (name, phone, email), social media profiles, website links, portfolio, payment links, location, and more. Our dashboard lets you customize what information you want to share and update it anytime. See what a profile can carry

Do recipients need to install an app?

No! That's the beauty of 1Card. When someone taps your card, their phone opens a web browser with your profile. No app installation needed. NFC tap works on compatible NFC-enabled phones. Every card also includes a QR backup for phones without NFC support. Check your phone

Can I update my information after purchase?

Yes! You can update your information unlimited times for free through our online dashboard. Change your phone number, add new social profiles, update your photo - your card stays the same but the information changes instantly. Read the profile setup guide

How durable are the cards?

Our VIP cards are laser-engraved premium stainless steel — waterproof, scratch-resistant, and built to last. The NFC chip in every NFC 1Card is covered by a lifetime warranty. If the chip stops responding under normal use, 1Card verifies the fault and replaces the card at no charge. Physical defects in the card itself (print, foil, engraving, finish or card body) are replaced free of charge when reported within 15 days of delivery. Read the warranty terms

What if I lose my card?

Don't worry! You can deactivate your lost card from your dashboard to protect your information. If you purchased a multi-pack, you can activate another card. You can also order a replacement at a discounted price. Read the replacement terms

How long does delivery take?

Production comes first, then courier transit. The delivery times page shows the current window for every card type and courier option. See production and delivery times

Do you ship outside India?

Yes. 1Card ships tracked from India to 38 countries. Economy shipping starts at ₹599 for a parcel of up to five cards, and express courier delivers in 4–7 business days. The recipient pays any import duties or taxes to the courier. Shipping to the United States is paused at the moment. See prices and delivery windows by country
