Production & Delivery Times

Total delivery time = production time + courier transit. Production time depends on the card type; transit depends on the courier you choose at checkout. All times are in business days.

For cards that need a mockup or proof, production starts once you approve the design. The product page shows the production time for that card, and checkout shows it again for everything in your cart.
2. Courier transit within India
- Blue Dart Air: 2–4 business days. Free on orders of ₹1,000 and above.
- India Post Speed Post: 3–7 business days, including tier-2 and tier-3 towns.
Every shipment has a tracking number. You can follow it on the order tracking page. International transit varies by destination and is shown at checkout.

How long does a 1Card take to arrive in India?
Total delivery time is production time plus courier transit. Ready-to-ship cards are dispatched within 1 business day, VIP metal cards within about 2 business days, and custom-print cards within about 3 business days. Courier transit then takes 2–4 business days by Blue Dart Air or 3–7 business days by India Post Speed Post.
When does production time start for personalised cards?
For cards that need a mockup or proof, production time starts once you approve the design on WhatsApp or email. Faster approval means faster dispatch.
How long do team and enterprise orders take?
Team and enterprise orders are produced in 7–10 business days after the design and employee sheet are approved, then shipped by courier.
Which courier ships my order?
Orders of ₹1,000 and above ship free by Blue Dart Air (2–4 business days). Below that, you can choose paid Blue Dart Air or India Post Speed Post (3–7 business days) at checkout.
