Delivery Timeline

All orders are delivered within 3-5 business days across India. Custom-branded NFC business cards may require an additional 1-2 business days for production before dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:

• Tracking number for your shipment
• Direct tracking link to monitor delivery status in real-time
• Estimated delivery date

Return Policy Terms

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Product must be unused and in its original condition
• Item must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required

Note: Custom-printed cards with personalized designs are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, share your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable). Email us at support@1card.in for assistance.

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

What is Covered

All 1Card NFC business cards come with a comprehensive warranty that covers:

• Manufacturing defects - Any defects in materials or workmanship
• NFC functionality - If your 1Card NFC business card fails to tap or communicate with compatible devices under normal use
• Print quality issues - Fading, peeling, or defects in the printed design that occur under normal use

Warranty Duration

Your 1Card NFC business card is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

What is Not Covered

• Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, water, or chemicals
• Unauthorized modifications or attempts to repair the product
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
