Buyer Questions
1Card is a premium NFC business card that opens your digital profile when tapped on a compatible phone. It also includes a QR code backup, so people can still open your profile if their phone does not support NFC.
1Card is useful for founders, consultants, sales teams, real estate professionals, creators, doctors, luxury service providers, and anyone who regularly meets prospects or clients in person.
Choose Signature or Pop if you want a lightweight printed card, Regal if you want a premium metal finish, Classic if you want a refined everyday card, and VIP if you want the most premium executive look.
A paper card is fixed after printing. A 1Card profile can be updated later with new contact details, links, photos, social profiles, and portfolio pages, while the physical card stays the same.
Ordering & Payment
Simply browse our collection, select your preferred card design, customize it with your details, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or popular wallets. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We accept all major payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and popular wallets. Available options are shown at checkout, and every payment is processed through a secure, encrypted gateway.
You can modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. After that, your card enters production and changes may not be possible. For urgent modifications, please reach out via WhatsApp for the fastest response.
Yes! We offer attractive discounts for bulk orders of 10+ cards. For corporate orders, team packages, or event requirements, please contact our sales team at sales@1card.in or call us for a custom quote tailored to your needs.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping within India takes 5-7 business days. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for select locations at an additional cost.
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. If you don't see your country at checkout, contact support and we'll confirm the options available to you.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email and SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by entering your order number on our tracking page. Real-time updates are available for all shipments.
In the rare event that your package is lost, please contact our support team within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate with our shipping partner and either locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Product & Technology
NFC (Near Field Communication) is a wireless technology that allows devices to communicate when they're close together (within 4cm). It's the same technology used for contactless payments. With 1Card, you simply tap your card on any NFC-enabled smartphone to instantly share your contact information.
No app is required! When someone taps your 1Card on their phone, your profile opens directly in their web browser. This works on all modern smartphones - iPhone 7 and newer, and most Android phones from the last 5 years.
1Card works with iPhone 7 and newer (iOS 11+), and most Android phones with NFC capability (Android 5.0+), which covers the large majority of smartphones in everyday use. Each card also includes a QR code backup for phones without NFC or with NFC switched off.
On iPhones, tap near the top back area. On Android phones, the NFC reader location varies by model and is often near the back-center or upper back. Hold the card steady for a moment.
Metal cards need the right construction and chip placement for reliable scanning. 1Card metal collections are designed for NFC use, but actual tap behavior can still vary by phone model and case thickness.
Log into your 1Card account dashboard to update your information anytime. Your card points to your digital profile, so updates to your photo, contact details, and links appear without needing a new card.
Yes. You control which details and links are visible on your profile. Keep public details minimal if you only want to share selected contact options.
Setup & Usage
Setting up is simple: 1) Scan the QR code on your card packaging or tap it on your phone, 2) Create your free account, 3) Add your information (name, photo, contact details, social links), 4) Save and you're ready! The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
Absolutely! You can update your profile unlimited times at no extra cost. Whether you change jobs, phone numbers, or want to add new social profiles, just log into your dashboard and make the changes. Updates reflect instantly.
You can share: contact details (name, phone, email), company information, profile photo, social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), website links, portfolio, payment links (UPI, PayPal), location, and custom links. You control what's visible.
There's no practical limit. NFC doesn't need a battery and doesn't wear out through normal tapping, and our cards are built to be durable for everyday use at events, meetings, and in-person introductions.
Returns & Warranty
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused cards in original condition. Since cards are personalized, we cannot accept returns on customized products unless there's a manufacturing defect. Contact support@1card.in to initiate a return.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and NFC chip malfunction under normal use. If your card's NFC fails under normal use, contact support with your order number and we'll arrange a repair or replacement. The warranty doesn't cover physical damage, scratches, or modifications.
To request a return, email support@1card.in with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions if approved. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Company & Team Orders
Yes. Team orders can be planned so each person gets their own profile and card details while keeping the company's branding consistent.
Company orders can include brand colors, logo placement, names, designations, and other approved design details depending on the card material and print or engraving method.
Yes. Team buyers can place repeat orders when new people join or when cards need to be replaced, subject to current product availability and artwork requirements.
