Chroma is a stainless-steel card with full-colour UV printing on both sides — waterproof and built for everyday carry. The NFC chip in every NFC 1Card is covered by a lifetime warranty. If the chip stops responding under normal use, 1Card verifies the fault and replaces the card at no charge. Physical defects in the card itself (print, foil, engraving, finish or card body) are replaced free of charge when reported within 15 days of delivery.
Don't worry! You can deactivate your lost card from your dashboard to protect your information. If you purchased a multi-pack, you can activate another card. You can also order a replacement at a discounted price.
Production comes first, then courier transit. The delivery times page shows the current window for every card type and courier option.
Yes. 1Card ships tracked from India to 38 countries. Economy shipping starts at ₹599 for a parcel of up to five cards, and express courier delivers in 4–7 business days. The recipient pays any import duties or taxes to the courier. Shipping to the United States is paused at the moment.
