    Your card is made in India, packed in a rigid mailer, and dispatched tracked. The tracking link reaches you by email and WhatsApp.

    The courier brings it to your door. Tap it on any modern phone, or scan the QR. Your profile opens. Nothing to install.

Ready-to-ship cards dispatch within 1 business day of the order. VIP laser-engraved cards need about 2 business days for mockup approval, engraving and quality checks. Custom-printed cards (Reflection, Radiance and Signature) need about 3 business days for proof approval, printing and quality checks. Team and enterprise orders are produced in 7–10 business days after design approval.

Duties, taxes and payment

Duties and taxes, where your country charges them, are yours to pay. The courier collects them before delivery. 1Card does not collect, estimate or refund them. One card sits under the duty-free limit in most countries. The country card above tells you what to expect.

You pay in Indian rupees. International Visa, Mastercard and American Express all work. Your bank converts to your currency. The USD figures on this site are estimates.

Good to know

  • Delivery windows are business days after dispatch, exclude production time and customs holds, and are estimates.
  • One shipping price covers up to five cards in a parcel. Ten or more cards are quoted on weight.
  • Write the address in English and include a phone number with the country code. Express courier cannot deliver to a PO box.
  • Remote and island addresses can take longer and may carry a courier surcharge, confirmed before dispatch.
  • Engraved and personalised cards cannot be returned for change of mind. A lost or damaged tracked parcel is replaced.
  • Refused or unclaimed parcels forfeit the shipping charge; return costs are deducted from any refund.
  • No cash on delivery outside India.
  • Diwali and December peaks add three to five days.

Can I return an international order?

Engraved and personalised cards are made for you, so they cannot be returned for change of mind. A parcel that is lost or arrives damaged is replaced at no cost.

Can I order from abroad for delivery in India?

Yes. Enter an Indian address at checkout and pay with your international card. Domestic shipping rates apply.

Do you ship team orders overseas?

Yes. Ten or more cards are quoted on actual weight, economy or express. Use the bulk-quote form and name the delivery country.
