Is there a subscription?+

What if the chip stops working?+
Every card carries a lifetime chip warranty. If the NFC chip ever fails in normal use, we replace the card free — no expiry. Read the warranty terms →
What happens if a card is lost?+
The cardholder deactivates it from the dashboard so it stops sharing details, then orders a replacement. Your team design stays on file, so reprints are quick. Read the replacement terms →

Which phones does it work with?+
NFC tap works on iPhone XS, XR and newer, and on compatible Android phones with NFC enabled. On iPhone 7, 8 or X, scan the QR code for the simplest experience. Check your phone →

How long does a team order take?+

Do you ship outside India?+
Yes. 1Card ships tracked from India to 38 countries. Economy shipping starts at ₹599 for a parcel of up to five cards, and express courier delivers in 4–7 business days.
