Is there a subscription?+
No. You pay once per card. The digital profile each card opens is free to set up and update — no recurring charge.
Is an app required?+
No. Recipients tap the card or scan the QR and your profile opens in their browser. Cardholders edit details in any web browser.
What if the chip stops working?+
Every card carries a lifetime chip warranty. If the NFC chip ever fails in normal use, we replace the card free — no expiry. The chip is rated for around 1,00,000 (1 lakh) reads.
What happens if a card is lost?+
The cardholder deactivates it from the dashboard so it stops sharing details, then orders a replacement. Your team design stays on file, so reprints are quick.
Can each employee have different details?+
Yes. One approved design system, individual name, title and department per card. Cards are individually packaged per employee.
Which phones does it work with?+
NFC tap works on modern iPhone and Android phones. Every card also carries a QR code as a fallback where NFC is unavailable.
How is bulk pricing handled?+
Per-card price drops with volume (see the table above). For 25+ cards or a custom rollout, request a volume quote and we'll confirm totals and timeline.
How long does a team order take?+
3 days after you approve the proof. Printing and QC take 1–2 days, then dispatch. Larger rollouts are scheduled with you.
