If the chip stops responding under normal use, 1Card verifies the fault and replaces the card at no charge. Physical defects in the card itself (print, foil, engraving, finish or card body) are replaced free of charge when reported within 15 days of delivery.

Production comes first, then courier transit. The delivery times page shows the current window for every card type and courier option.
Yes. 1Card ships tracked from India to 38 countries. Economy shipping starts at ₹599 for a parcel of up to five cards, and express courier delivers in 4–7 business days. The recipient pays any import duties or taxes to the courier. Shipping to the United States is paused at the moment.
