Is there a subscription?+

Is an app required?+
No. Whoever you tap just sees your profile open in their phone's browser — no app, no download. You edit your details in any web browser.
What happens if the card is lost?+
Sign in to your dashboard and deactivate the lost card so it stops sharing your details. Then order a replacement — your saved design makes the reorder quick.
What if the chip stops working?+
Every card carries a lifetime chip warranty. If the NFC chip ever fails in normal use, we replace the card free — no expiry. The chip is rated for around 1,00,000 (1 lakh) reads.
How does the LED work?+
The light is powered by the phone during the tap — there is no battery to charge and nothing to replace. It glows for the moment of the tap.
Will it work with my phone?+
NFC tap works on modern iPhone and Android phones. Every card also carries a QR code, so it works even when NFC doesn't.
Can I put my own design on it?+
Yes. Radiance is full-colour custom printed, front and back — your logo, your colours. No 1Card branding on the card.
