Which phones does it work with?+

Is there a subscription?+

What happens if the card is lost?+
Sign in to your dashboard and deactivate the lost card so it stops sharing your details. Then order a replacement — your saved design makes the reorder quick. Read the replacement terms →
What if the chip stops working?+
Every card carries a lifetime chip warranty. If the NFC chip ever fails in normal use, we replace the card free — no expiry. Read the warranty terms →
How does the LED work?+
The light is powered by the phone during the tap — there is no battery to charge and nothing to replace. It glows for the moment of the tap.
Will it work with my phone?+

Do you ship outside India?+
Yes. 1Card ships tracked from India to 38 countries. Economy shipping starts at ₹599 for a parcel of up to five cards, and express courier delivers in 4–7 business days.
